ZYTO Scan Instructions

Requirements For A Good Scan

• The scan must be done on a PC running Windows 10 or newer.
• Mac and Apple computers will not work for this scan process.
• The PC must run on battery power for at least 1 hour.
• Set both screen and computer sleep or shut down options to Never.
• The computer cannot be plugged in during the scan.
• A complete scan takes about 45 to 60 minutes.
• A rescan takes about 30 minutes.

Download Remote App And Install

Go to https://zyto.com/technical-support/software . On that page, go to ZYTO Hand Cradle, scroll near the bottom, and download the ZYTO Remote App .

When installed and the cradle is plugged in, restart the computer and open the app. Place your hand on the cradle. The yellow light will flash and a code box will appear.

Scan Preparation

1. Wash hands and rinse well. Do not touch anything with the hand you will scan with. You may use either hand.
2. Before placing your hand on the cradle, wipe both your hand and the cradle using an alcohol wipe or Thieves.

3. Remove items with batteries, chips, or magnets, including wallets, watches, heavy jewelry, and jewelry on the scan hand.
4. Keep phones, iPads, earbuds, and other electronics at least 6 feet from the scanner, person, and computer.
5. Keep electronics and the cradle away from wall outlets and away from the monitor area.
6. Do not wind the cradle cord around or beside the monitor.

Keep The Room Calm

7. No animals in the room.
8. No one and nothing can touch the person while scanning.
9. Avoid stressful or emotional conversation during the scan.
10. Be sure you are well hydrated.

Call Procedure

Call to receive the scan code. Put your phone on speaker and keep it at least 6 feet away from you.

When the scan is running, the call will end and you will be called back only if there is a problem or when the scan is complete.

Keep your phone where you can see the screen so you do not need to get up. Keep your hand on the cradle for the entire scan.
