Known affectionately as "Pappy," Dr. Russ Houck brings decades of engineering brilliance, theological depth, and hard-won personal experience to the mission of restoring Divine Health.
Dr. Houck began his professional career as a Mechanical Engineer for Daniel International, the world's largest construction company at the time. Contracted to Procter & Gamble and several other major industrial corporations, he became a project manager excelling in industrial design and construction.
With a passion for music and fine arts, he also spent his life in the entertainment industry. Becoming a believer in 1975 ignited a passion for theology, motivating him to enroll in Bible College. He pursued a Master's in Eschatology and his Ph.D. at Homestead College of Bible. Studies in the US, Rome, Israel, and Africa — digging through old manuscripts and searching for nuggets hidden for generations — helped him earn his Ph.D. in Theology.
Dr. Houck dedicated ten years to exploring and developing protocol after protocol, finding a similar pattern reflected in almost every application of life and death. He discovered that specific detoxifying modalities, synchronized to Rife protocols, dramatically increased the speed of the body's rebuilding process. He calls it the "Divine Design".
Recognizing inadequate power and imprecise frequency generation as key barriers in existing Rife equipment, he spent the last eight years developing the Wave-Z™ Rife machines — accurate across .03 Hz to 12 million Hz to within .01 Hz, with plenty of power. His quest continues: completing the development of unhampered equipment and protocols to allow the fastest possible destruction and removal of foreign toxins in each unique human body.
